Awkwafina, an American singer and actress began by releasing a humorous rap track dealing with issues related to race and sexuality. The career of the singer and actress grew to Hollywood after she released several rap songs. She was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants within Forest Hills Queens her first taste of musician life came via the trumpet. After a classical and jazz education She delved into hip-hop in her teen years. In the school, she focused on the field of journalism as well as women's studies. She studied Mandarin briefly in Beijing. It wasn't until she began focusing on music until the time she completed her degree. In 2012, My Vag (as a retort to Mickey Avalon's My Dick) became an online hit, and it was featured on her debut album Yellow Ranger.
